    CLASS UPDATE

Any ski from Vintage class and up that has substantial mods i.e.: Chargers, wheels, intercoolers, Motec etc will be bumped to the next class.

For example: If you are in vintage class with a RXP215 that has a an intercooler and charger upgrade, you will be bumped to Stock class. If you are in stock class and you are on a FZR that has has a wheel and intercooler upgrade you will be bumped to mod class. Mod class will include stock and modified skis as there are many stock skis that have substantial power and others with mods that equal this power. Re-flash, exhaust, intake, prop will all be allowed in mod class, however, if we decide your ski has too many high performance mods you will go to open class. This has been the best we can come up with given the volume of different skis and HP ratings these days, these groupings reflect skis that will be competitive together, the rest is up to the rider.

At the end of the day it is up to the individual to be open and honest about the mods to their ski. their own ability and what class they should be in, the mod class is the most competitive class and some riders can beat heavily modified skis on a stock 260 or 300, if your ability is not up to that standard we will allow you to go back a to stock class. This issue has been heavily debated and we can't please all the people all the time, you just have to be honest about your mods and ability and leave the rest to us as we have been doing this along time.
