i am currently restoring a pjs f15 thunder jet, this ski is pretty rare and i believe there aren't many in aust . just wondering if anyone else has one or any parts or any information on them, any help would be much appreciated .

Solar panel was a double sided tape on thing ! I ripped it off back in 98'.They had an issue with water getting in betweeen the layers causing it to rot and look like crap....

It originally came with Keihins carbs. One of them had split and was stuck together with some crap bog that was not fuel resistant..... This caused all sorts of greif for tuning... The shop who sold it to me as my very first ski was Yamaha World Edwardstown... They fully sharked me with a dud ski as it never ran right from day one.....

So yes I owned the ski you have.....

I hope it is going now as it would be heaps of fun to ride.... I used to have ol school race guys come and drag me just because it had the famous PJS badging on the sides which is known for racing back in the day !
