My name is Kai Cameron and I have recently joined SPT Insurance in their PWC department as of 27th of Feb this year. Since I have joined I have been busily trying to catch up on what I need to do to make the business of insuring you an easy and responsive service that leaves a smile on your face and some cash in your pocket.

Here are a few things I would like to let everyone know about straight off. After a short period of not being available, upgrades to our online quotation system are now complete and we are pleased to say that it is now easier to use than ever. For those of you that prefer a more personalised service, you are still more than welcome to phone, fax or email me at SPT and within 24 hours (or 48 hours where your request is received on a weekend) I would be more than happy to phone you back with a quote price.

The second thing that I would like to address is some feedback I have been reading on the site regarding response time to enquires. From now on if we are contacted by anyone about anything PWC related I, or one of the lovely people I work with will contact you back within 3hours at the least or by the end of the day at the worst.
