GOLD COAST, QLD; Three of the best freeriders to ever grace a ski will be attending the Yamaha/Monster Energy Australian Freeride Open this coming February (20th), Main Beach - Gold Coast.
The first of the big three is last years champion, Frenchman Pierre Maixent who will be returning to defend his title on the Gold Coast, the next attendee is Taylor Curtis from the US who has some of the best surf riding skills around and the third is far and away the most successful freestyle personal watercraft competitor in history in Eric Malone
“We are super pumped to have these three guys who are at the top of the pile in freeriding attending the event, it gives the event a true top international field”. Marketing manager Chris Apps said, having these three guys competing will definatley make the other competitors from Japan, New Zealand and Australia really step up there game and try to take down one of the big names
