Boating Association (IJSBA) with Watercross World - Asian Multi Sports
and Entertainment Co.,Ltd. cordially invite racers from all over the
world to participate in "White Sand Beach Jet Ski King's Cup 2008 - World Cup Grand Prix", officially the grandest watercross racing event on the eastern world.
This
year, the "World Cup System" will be used officially in the 4 Pro
categories. Each IJSBA affiliated country will have an equal right to
send in the maximum of four best racers per one category, so that this
system will make a very fair game to all nations - riders and therefore
prove the greatest victory.
The highlight of the event is the highest cash prizes in the world, worth more than US$100,000 in total.
Moreover,
what makes the King's Cup World Grand Prix 2008 a truly world-class
event is that the official TV program of the event will be broadcast
all over Asia and worldwide through ESPN STAR Sports, covering 80

**Please
note that the exchange rate will be based on the rate of the event day
but not exceeding 35 Baht/USD 1 and all riders winning cash prize will
be deducted 5% tax on their prize money.
Trophy
- The KING'S CUP will be awarded to the winners of the 4 pro categories :
Pro Ski Open, Pro Sport 800 Modified, Pro R/A 800 Open, Pro R/A Open.
- For the rest, event trophies will be awarded to the top five winners in each category.
Cash Prizes
- The total cash prizes are over US$100,000!!!
The prize money will be awarded to the top three winners in each category.
Rules
- The rules of ‘IJSBA 2008' will be applied.
Race system
- The final round race will use the scores accumulated from the 3 motos and also the IJSBA official Closed Course point system.
- When
the number of riders is more than the maximum number of watercraft
allowed on starting line, Heat & LCQ systems will be used.
Race site information
- Pattaya
City is one of the most popular cities in Thailand with a wide variety
of activities for day and night. Pattaya is located in the East of
Thailand, 150 KM. from Bangkok and it takes only about 2 hours by car
which is the most convenient way to go there. You can get more
information about Pattaya from many websites such as Google Map or www.tat.or.th

Registration
- For the 4 Pro classes, riders must be certified by and apply through IJSBA affiliated countries that they belong to.
