Jetwet Pty Ltd (The Australian distributor for Slippery) from Brisbane are partnering the AJSBA as lead sponsor for the " The 2007 Slippery Australian Flatwater Nationals " and "The 2007 Slippery World Surf Moto ." In my role as VP of the AJSBA I'am delighted to announce that we have secured a substantial sponsorship from Jetwet Pty Ltd which will help us run this years events.
Mr Michael McGettrick (Jet Wet National Sales Manager) said "Whilst we are only a small company we grabbed this opportunity when the AJSBA sent out their invitations for sponsorship as the event is totally allinged with our core product range and it represented a great opportunity to further promote the brand to the core racing community"
Slippery will be running a merchandise booth at both events and the AJSBA would ask you to consider them if you are in the market for new PWC riding accessories. |

Jet ski racing event to be expanded
Canberra's fledgling jet ski racing event will be expanded in February.
Last year the National Capital Authority allowed high speed racing on a limited basis in the Central Basin, near the Captain Cook Fountain.
Organiser Mark Glew says this year's event will run over three days in early February.
"We expect to have upward of 100 entrants this year over the two days of racing, plus the Friday night practice session," he said.
"I think the NCA are very happy with what we've done down there and it's been backed very well by Canberra businesses and national businesses." ABC News |
