Invitation from NSW Maritime
Circulated and provided on behalf of the Recreational Vessels Advisory Group (RVAG)P Hunter (PWC Rep) to OZPWC membership.
I am organising a half day seminar to allow volunteers and others to hear Peter Chennel who is the Sea Safety Manager for the RNLI speak about the work he does within RNLI. The seminar is on the 25th May and will be held at the Justice and Police Museum which is on the corner of Albert and Phillip streets Circular Quay commencing at 09.00.
Peter is also the Key Note speaker at the Summit Down Under Conference hosted by the NMSC which is being held in Queensland on the 21st May. I invite you and any of your members who would like to come along to this free seminar to join us on the day.
Please feel free to distribute this communication to your members and friends to allow them to consider the invitation.
For catering purposes I will need to know some numbers and accordingly contact can be made with Laura Armstrong on 9563 8603 at NSW Maritime to confirm your attendance.
This is a great opportunity to hear from an international guest about sea safety and the service the RNLI provide to mariners in the UK.
